Anoothi is blessed with support and partnership of the following  Friends:

Anoothi US:

Owned and managed by Delta Donohue. Delta is a person of strong convictions and great compassion. During her visit to India, she spent as much time as possible trying to understand the culture of this country, the values and traditions followed and practiced  by its people.  She also closely watched the life of rural women of Rajasthan and developed a great empathy as well as a deep sense of  respect towards them for the brave manner in which they selflessly commit themselves to thei welfare of their families.  Delta later returned to US and started Anoothi US.  She began by supporting the training and production by Anoothi India at first and now she is the major buyer of Anoothi India's products.  You may contact Delta at deltadonohue@gmail.com  and delta@anoothi.org

 Belinda Clayton from SANJULA, Australia

During a visit to Vatsalya’s Children’s Village where she worked as a Volunteer, Belinda watched Anoothi women create intricate jewellery. In her own words -“One style in particular took our attention. Beautifully created with smiprecious stones, sterling silver and detailed beading, tapering to a tessle finish this particluar design was something we could  visualise as part of SANJULA's range. Working together with women so that they too could visualise our idea has only enabled them to produce what  can only be called magnifician work of Art".  Belinda is Anoothi's great admirer and supporter  encouraging our women constantly with coming back to them regulalry and buying their creations.  Please visit SANJULA at www.sanjula.com.au

Maureen Anderson from Scotland

Maureen's great love for the children of Vatsalya knows no boundary.  Being miles away from them  and the fact that she has never met them personally does not affect her enthusiasm and spirit and she keep coming up with ideas to help us find more and more support for our programs.  Maureen organises sales of Anoothi products regulalry  during their National Conferences.  She and her colleagues at SIRCC  not only raise great funds for us through regular sales but also put on auction some of the extraordinary creations during these conferences.  The zeal and joy involved in the entire process is just amazing and both Anoothi and Vatsalya cherish this bonding with the Scottish Community.

Jasmine Nordman from Arizona, USA

Jasmine Nordman stayed at the Children’s Village of Vatsalya in Jaipur as Volunteer for about 14 weeks.  She came with her husband Gary and two beautiful children; Hannah and Jacob.  They all worked with amazing dedication at the Village that houses about 50 plus orphaned and abandoned children at any point of time in the year.  Jasmine not only contributed in many significant ways in growth and development of the children while she was here, she continued to think about us even after returning home. A person of tremendous insight, understanding and perseverance; Jasmine is our partner in our efforts to give a better and happier life to the orphaned and abandoned children and also to the poor rural women living in villages of India. Jasmine has now joined Anoothi and is its ‘Sales Point’ in Arizona, USA.  Please contact Jasmine at jasmine_us@anoothi.org
