Anoothi owes its existence to the combination of two very different elements- Compassion and Creativity. The founding vision of Anoothi is Creativity supports Life. Anoothi’s objective is to generate funds to benefit thousands of rural women living in poverty simply because they do not have a support system to empower them and help them realize their true potential. Anoothi vision further envisages extending this process of empowerment to the next generation of India- Anoothi contributes in support and maintenance of a Children’s Village in Jaipur. This is a place created and managed by Vatsalya, where many orphaned and abandoned children find a “Home” and grow there to become healthy and productive Citizens of the World. While several methods are used to generate revenue for Vatsalya’s Street Children program, utilizing Anoothi, while challenging, is immensely satisfying as it is reliant upon our own imagination and creativity. In a very subtle way, it heightens the self-esteem of these children as well poor women who normally could not even think of supporting any one other than their own children!

25% of the total profit is reinvested by Anoothi on women and 50% of the profits are donated to Vatsalya’s Children’s Village where orphaned and abandoned children find possibilities of living a healthy, safe and loving childhood.
